Jury Awards $700,000 in Mesothelioma Verdict
A jury found that Garlock Gaskets and packing were a substantial factor in causing Thomas Firth's mesothelioma and death and returned a verdict in the amount of $700,000 in favor of the Firth family. (PRWeb Jul 24, 2009)
