Childhood favorite wins cookie contest (Fond du Lac Reporter)

But on Sunday, Moms Super Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies helped Hewitt win the top prize in the second annual Festival Foods Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Contest, which took place during Chocolate Fantasy at Moraine Park Technical College.

Court Rejects Claim That Firm Practiced 'Judicially Sanctioned Extortion' (Law.com via Yahoo! Finance)
A California appeals court has ruled that leading asbestos litigation firm Waters & Kraus did not engage in "judicially sanctioned extortion," as a Los Angeles trial judge contended when finding the firm intentionally re-filed a case in California as a means of forcing a settlement.
